As part of the Teona Parfum retail concept, the selected location must meet the following criteria:

• Located on a high-footfall street or inside a popular shopping mall

• A gross area between 30 to 200 square meters

• High visibility and strong signage potential

A comprehensive feasibility study covering realistic timelines and investment costs is conducted by the Teona Parfum strategic planning team before moving forward with the investment.

Upon mutual agreement on the architectural plan and estimated cost, the store construction process begins, based on designs created by the Teona Parfum architecture team.

Alternatively, franchise owners may choose to handle the construction process themselves, as long as they strictly adhere to the approved architectural project and maintain coordination with the Teona Parfum design team.

The store layout and launch are executed by our professional opening team under the supervision of the Teona Parfum Retail Operations Department, ensuring full adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.

Franchisee teams receive detailed product and sales training at designated training stores.

After orientation, the trained staff engages in a one-week live sales demonstration in the newly opened store, under the guidance of our experienced sales professionals.

Upon request from the franchise owner, an official grand opening event can be planned and executed in collaboration with Teona Parfum headquarters.
